刚刚召开的江西省委十三届十一次全会,吹响了江西绿色崛起、建设生态文明先行示范区的进军号. 全省上下正全力投入到绿色崛起的具体行动之中. 绿色生态农业,既是江西现代农业发展的战略方向,同时也是江西农业实现绿色崛起的战略途径和必然选择. 在准确描述绿色生态农业内涵的基础上,分析江西省发展绿色生态农业的必要性和重要性,指出江西省发展绿色生态农业存在的问题,最后提出推进江西省绿色生态农业发展的具体对策与措施:建立绿色生态农业基地;培育绿色生态农业文化;健全绿色生态农业法律法规;构建绿色生态农业技术体系;推广绿色生态农业技术模式;实施绿色生态农业政策扶持;建立绿色生态农业保险机制,对当前实现江西绿色崛起具有理论与实践参考价值.

The eleventh Plenary Session of the Thirteenth of Jiangxi Provincial Committee sounded the trumpets for Jiangx's green rise and the construction of the first ecological civilization demonstration area.The whole province is fully devoted to the concrete actions of the green rise.Green ecological agriculture is both the strategic direction for the development of modern agriculture and the strategic approach and the inevitable choice to achieve green rise of agriculture in Jiangxi.Based on an accurate description of green ecological agri-culture connotation,the necessity and importance were analyzed of the development of green ecological agricul-ture in Jiangxi Province.Then the problems were explored which exist in the development of green ecological agriculture in Jiangxi Province.Finally,specific countermeasures were put forward to promote green ecological agriculture development in Jiangxi:construct green ecological agriculture bases,cultivate green ecological agri-culture culture,improve the green ecological agriculture laws and regulations,build a green ecological agriculture technology system,promote the green ecological agriculture technology model,implement green ecological agri-culture policy support,and establish a green ecological agricultural insurance mechanism.
