地方师范高校承担着众多未来中小学老师的培养重任,其毕业生面临着严峻的就业形势,本文通过以下三个方面进行研究:一、就业现状及原因分析;二、师范生就业心理分析;三、就业心理调适产生焦虑等不良情绪.通过研究认为政府的相关政策、学校的就业心理指导及毕业生自身的努力有助于高校师范生调适不良心理,增强就业信心.

The regional normal universities should be responsible for cultivating lots of teachers for middle and primary schools, the graduates are faced with severe employment situation. This article studied from three aspects:The first is em-ployment status and reasons analysis;The second is normal students' employment psychological analysis;The last is employ-ment bad emotion adjustment.The study thinks that the relevant policies from government, the guiding employment mentality from school and the effort from students are helpful to adjust bad emotion and build up employment confidence of students in normal universities.
