目的:本研究旨在通过团体心理辅导的形式对技校生的职业生涯规划进行干预研究,提高他们的职业生涯规划意识和能力.方法:通过招募选取30名技校生为研究对象,其中实验组15人,控制组15人,分别进行8次有针对性主题的团体心理辅导干预.结果:经实验干预后,实验组、控制组生涯定向总分、自我概念因子以及自我信心因子的后测-前测差值有显著差异.结论:团体心理辅导对于技校生在职业生涯规划过程中生涯定向程度的提高有显著改善,且对其自我概念和自我信心水平提高有一定的效果.

Purpose:The purpose of this research is making the intervention effect of group counseling on sophomore's career planning, improving their awareness and ability about the career planning. Methods:choosing 30 students as objects of study by recruitment, 15 of which in experimental groups and 15 of which in control groups. The experiment is a group counseling, which come to 8 times.Each activity has its corresponding subjects. Results:After the intervention of experiment, total career orientation, the self-concept and the self-confidence in experimental groups and control groups have significant differences. Conclusion:the group counseling has certain effect on improving the level of career orientation in technical school students' career planning and the level of self-concept and self-confidence.
