经服役周期后,工程机械液压缸通常作报废处理。工程机械液压缸的再制造,能极大回收其残余价值。拆解与装配是液压缸再制造的关键工序。针对工程机械液压缸的拆解与装配,研制一套工程机械液压缸拆装设备。该设备采用液压系统作为动力,通过液压夹紧机构实现被拆解(装配)液压缸缸筒的自动装卡定位,通过液压工作机构完成被拆解(装配)液压缸活塞组件的自动拔出与装入。目前,该设备已在某科研院所的“工程机械零部件再制造关键技术与装备”这一科研项目中得到成功应用。该设备的应用,不仅显著提高液压缸拆装效率与自动化程度,而且有效降低拆装过程中对液压缸关键零部件的损伤。

Construction machinery hydraulic cylinder is usually discarded after service cycle. The residual value can be recycled greatly by remanufacturing. Disassembly and assembly are key process in hydraulic cylinder remanufacturing. The construction machin?ery hydraulic cylinder disassembly and assembly equipment was developed. Hydraulic power was adopted in this equipment. The clam?ping and positioning of cylinder tube were realized by hydraulic clamping mechanism automatically. The piston component pulling out or into cylinder tube was realized by hydraulic working mechanism automatically. This equipment has been applied successfully in the pro?ject of “key technology and equipment for construction machinery parts remanufacturing” in a research institute. The results indicate that the application of this equipment will not only increase the automaticity and efficiency remarkably, but also reduce the damage to hydraulic cylinder key parts greatly.
