To improve the beneficiation index of Cu -Ni sulfide ores has been the focus of flotation separation of copper and nickel .The research progress on the flotation separation of copper -nickel sulfide ore was analyzed from the aspects of flotation process and reagents in the paper , then the improvement of existed process and development of more effective reagents were indicated as the ur -gent problems to be solved .
