NC machining of molding pressure head was researched in the environment of PowerMILL. Formulating processing tech?nology, program simulation and processing strategy optimization were made, tool and machining parameters were selected reasonably. Then product accuracy is ensured, the processing quality and efficiency are greatly improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
