该文针对重庆市南山面临的水资源短缺、暴雨引发严重地质灾害等严峻水问题，基于对“海绵城市”的内涵及建设途径的解析，从渗透、调蓄、净化、利用四个方面探索南山雨水管理方法，为解决类似的城市水问题提供借鉴和参考。
該文針對重慶市南山麵臨的水資源短缺、暴雨引髮嚴重地質災害等嚴峻水問題，基于對“海綿城市”的內涵及建設途徑的解析，從滲透、調蓄、淨化、利用四箇方麵探索南山雨水管理方法，為解決類似的城市水問題提供藉鑒和參攷。
해문침대중경시남산면림적수자원단결、폭우인발엄중지질재해등엄준수문제，기우대“해면성시”적내함급건설도경적해석，종삼투、조축、정화、이용사개방면탐색남산우수관리방법，위해결유사적성시수문제제공차감화삼고。
Based on the severe problems of water shortage and geological disasters caused by rainstorm in Nanshan, Chongqing, and combined with anal-ysis on the connotation and establishment of "Sponge City", the rainwater management methods in Nanshan are explored from penetration, regulation and storage, purification as well as usage for reference.
