城中村虽已处于城市区划范围之中,但其居民同样存在着"城市融入"障碍. 城中村社区存在着"乡村黏合性"与"城乡连接性"两种社会资本,共同影响着城中村居民的"城市融入"进程. 通过J市城中村的个案研究发现,"乡村黏合性"社会资本仍然发挥着主导作用,减弱了城中村居民"城市融入"的动力与能力;而"城乡连接性"社会资本对"城市融入"发挥着积极作用,在城中村社区中却存量不足. 城中村改造及社区治理应充分考虑居民社会资本的类型及其影响. 通过增量"城乡连接性"社会资本,促进城中村居民的社区参与,推动城中村居民真正融入城市.

Even though urban villages are within the built-up urban area,the residents are still bothered by the problem of "urban inclusion". The urban village community is affected by two types of social capitals:"rural bonding social capital" and"rural-urban bridging social capital". The case study about an urban village of J city shows that"rural bonding social capital" is still the major type of social capital which weakens the dy-namic and capacity of residents'"urban inclusion",and that"rural-urban bridging social capital" can be pos-itive.The two types of community social capital have different effects on the urban village regeneration and community governance.Building "rural-urban bridging social capital" and improving community engagement can lead to authentic "urban inclusion" of the residents in urban villages.
