运用文献资料法、教学实验法、数理统计等方法,通过不同的目标设置,对瑜伽呼吸、冥想、体位等加以影响教学.结果显示,根据个体差异进行不同的目标设置能有效的提高学生积极主动的学习,提高瑜伽教学质量,有效地推动瑜伽运动的全面开展.

운용문헌자료법、교학실험법、수리통계등방법,통과불동적목표설치,대유가호흡、명상、체위등가이영향교학.결과현시,근거개체차이진행불동적목표설치능유효적제고학생적겁주동적학습,제고유가교학질량,유효지추동유가운동적전면개전.
Using the method of documentary, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics method, through the different target setting, impact on breathing, meditation, yoga postures such as teaching. Results show that, according to the individual differences of different goal setting can effectively improve students' active learning, improve the teaching quality of yoga and effectively promote comprehensive development of yoga exercise.
