The CJ series PLC and orientation module were used to design for controlling eighteen servo motors of Yaskava. The hardware design of the system was discussed. The contexts were introduced including the address distribution and data transmission of the system , the wire maps from NC434 to servo controller, servo parameter setting, the relative PLC program, and the processing of response bias in the movement. The systems running results prove that the system has application value in stability and high?precision.
