目的：分析通心络胶囊治疗冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后心绞痛的疗效。方法选取2013年7月～2015年1月我院收治的冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者86例，将其随机分为中西医结合组与西医常规组，各43例。西医常规组患者用药方案为常规西药；中西医结合组患者用药方案为常规西药联合通心络胶囊，将两组患者治疗28天后的疗效及副作用发生情况进行对比。结果两组患者治疗总有效率对比，中西医结合组明显高于西医常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗期间不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛，能够有效减少心绞痛发作次数与心绞痛持续时间，作用安全，可改善患者临床症状与体征，对改善患者预后意义重大。
목적：분석통심락효낭치료관심병경피관상동맥개입치료（PCI）술후심교통적료효。방법선취2013년7월～2015년1월아원수치적관심병PCI술후심교통환자86례，장기수궤분위중서의결합조여서의상규조，각43례。서의상규조환자용약방안위상규서약；중서의결합조환자용약방안위상규서약연합통심락효낭，장량조환자치료28천후적료효급부작용발생정황진행대비。결과량조환자치료총유효솔대비，중서의결합조명현고우서의상규조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조환자치료기간불량반응비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론통심락효낭치료관심병PCI술후심교통，능구유효감소심교통발작차수여심교통지속시간，작용안전，가개선환자림상증상여체정，대개선환자예후의의중대。
