脑梗死是指因脑部缺血缺氧造成脑组织缺血性坏死或脑软化，临床路径是一种新型护理管理模式，临床路径在脑梗死患者临床护理中具有更加细化，更突出时间性与标准性护理管理的特征，故可减少患者医疗支出、减轻患者负担、缩短住院时长、提升工作效率，其在国内外临床医学中应用相当广泛。本文主要归纳临床路径在脑梗死患者中应用的各类问题，对其内涵进行分析，病在此基础上对临床路径的应用进行探讨。
