社会工作飞速发展的标志之一是社会工作的职业化推进.作为从西方引入的新职业,社会工作职业化在中国的发展面临着诸多困境.本文试从当前社会工作职业化进程中凸显的问题入手进行梳理,提出当下中国社会工作职业化过程中存在的社会工作组织机构发展与社会经济增长需求存在差距、社会工作职业体系仍需继续完善、社会大环境与民众对社会工作的低认同感弱化了社会工作职业化进程、从业人员职业素养参差不齐、从业人员待遇普遍较低与人才流失率居高不下并存、社工专业人才教育未能匹配行业发展需求等主要发展困境,并根据中国社会发展趋势提出了针对性的对策.

One of the marks of the rapid development of social works is the promotion of the social work pro-fessionalization. As a new profession brought from the Western world, social work professionalization faces many of difficulties in the progress of development in China. This text tries to sort out the most previous problems in the progress of social work professionalization, to pose the main difficulties in development that the gap does exist in the progress of social work professionalization in China between the development of social work institutes and the need of social economic growth, that the professional system needs a further perfection, that the entire social environment as well as the low identity the public held to the social work weaken the progress of social work professionalization, so-cial workers enjoy huge different professional qualities, lower salaries and high missing rate, that the professional ed-ucation on social work does not match with this industry's development need. This text tries also to suggest some measures in pertinence based on the current situation of China society development.
