古代德育机制有很多的优秀传统是青少年德育不可忽视并需要借鉴的，但社会制度的变迁与市场经济的不断成熟，使得古代德育机制中诸多内容与现代社会不相适宜。青少年道德失范问题的凸显，需要重新审视中国古代优秀的德育机制并反思其在当今社会的价值。以中国古代德育机制与青少年道德养成为切入点，可以发现古代德育机制在青少年道德失范预防与矫正中的重要意义，借鉴其中精华，可以构建为突破青少年道德失范难题的有效路径。

고대덕육궤제유흔다적우수전통시청소년덕육불가홀시병수요차감적，단사회제도적변천여시장경제적불단성숙，사득고대덕육궤제중제다내용여현대사회불상괄의。청소년도덕실범문제적철현，수요중신심시중국고대우수적덕육궤제병반사기재당금사회적개치。이중국고대덕육궤제여청소년도덕양성위절입점，가이발현고대덕육궤제재청소년도덕실범예방여교정중적중요의의，차감기중정화，가이구건위돌파청소년도덕실범난제적유효로경。
The outstanding traditions in ancient moral education mechanism should be taken as reference in the moral education of youngsters .But along with the changes of social system and the continuous de-velopment of market economy , many contents in ancient moral education mechanism become unsuitable with the modern society .The prominent of the adolescent misdoings demand us to re -examine the out-standing traditions in ancient moral education mechanism and rethink the value of them in the modern so -ciety.Taking the moral education mechanism in ancient China and the moral development of youngsters as the point of penetration , we find the crucial significance that ancient moral education mechanism makes in the prevention and correction of adolescent misdoings .Selecting its essence , one could find out the efficient path of solving the problem of adolescent misdoings .
