For the strategic emerging industries specialty of Electronic Information Science and Technology, some relevant issues to personnel training target location are pointed out. Based on the analysis of traditional personnel training program for Electronic Information Science and Technology specialty, the reform advices of personnel training program for the new specialty are given out to be reference to improve the quality of personnel training for this strategic emerging industries specialty.
