文章从招生、培养、就业三个层次分析了目前国内应用型高校旅游管理专业所面临的问题,即生源日渐萎缩、学生学习兴趣降低、行业内就业率低等,并从社会、行业、教学三个方面分析了问题的原因.基于此,文章提出旅游主管部门、旅游企业和高等院校必须通力协作,共同努力,才能解决上述问题,促进旅游行业的转型发展.

This paper analyzed the problems of domestic tourism management major in application-oriented col-leges such as decrease of students, decrease of students' interest and the low employment rate inside the tourism in-dustry, from the recruiting, training and employment perspectives. The author discussed the cause of these problems from three aspects: the society, the tourism industry and the college. Based on such, the author pointed out that the competent authorities, the tourism enterprises and the colleges must cooperate to each other so as to solve such prob-lems, promote the development of tourism industry.
