借鉴利用英国提赛德大学的先进教育资源,将其与华北水利水电大学地质工程国家特色专业相融合,从培养方案、课程体系、教学方法、教学管理、师资培养等环节入手,构建合理有效的国际通用型人才培养模式,培养具有国际化视野与国际竞争力的复合型地质工程(灾害管理)人才.本文探索了我国地质工程专业教育与国际地质工程学科教育的融合交流,创新了地质工程人才培养模式,对于推动地质工程专业教育教学改革,促进高等教育国际化,具有十分重要的意义.

The advanced education resources in Teesside University is integrated with the national special majors of geological engineering in North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power. Then the international tal-ent training mode is built from the perspective of the training scheme, curriculum system, teaching methods, teaching management, teacher training, which cultivate the geological engineering (disaster management) talents with international vision and competitiveness. This paper explores the integration of china education and international education in geo-logical engineering. It has a very important significance for deepening the reformation of education and teaching and promoting the internationalization of higher education.
