The thesis points out the disadvantages of traditional service of newspapersand periodicals and the re-form trendof current service pattern, and discusses the construction of dynamic three-dimensional service mode, from the aspects of strengthening the construction and utilizationof library characteristic collection, improving the manage-ment and serviceof newspapers and periodicals, and so on.
