城市的社会经济发展能否与其自然生态环境相互协调、相互支持,是决定城市能否可持续发展的基石.结合生态竞争力的内涵,构建了以"社会发展—经济发展—自然发展"为准则层的生态竞争力评价模型,运用层次分析法对模型进行了权重设计,并对广州市2001-2012年间的生态竞争力进行测算.研究结果表明,在研究期限内,广州市生态竞争力呈明显的上升趋势,城市具有良好的可持续发展能力.

Urban sustainable development depends on the co-ordination and mutual support between urban social-economic develop-ment and natural ecological environment. The ecological competitiveness evaluation model was constructed in this paper with"social development- economy development- nature development"as the rule hierarchy under the connotation of ecological competitiveness and the weights of the evaluation model were measured by the analytical hierarchy process. The ecological competitiveness of Guang-zhou city during 2001-2012 was calculated by the model. The result shows that the ecological competitiveness of Guangzhou city has an obvious increasing tendency and the city has a good sustainable development ability.
