在调查的基础上,以《思想道德修养和法律基础》课教学为例,对双向案例教学法生成性德育资源的开发利用进行探讨,界定了双向案例教学法,阐述了生成性德育资源及分类,提出构建开放型课堂、人文型课堂和和谐课堂等双向案例教学法生成性德育资源运用的路径.

Based on the investigation, the development and utilization of the generative moral education resources in the two- way cases teaching method is discussed with example of "Ideological and moral cultivation and legal ba-sis" teaching. This paper defines the resources of the two-way case teaching method in the generative moral educa-tion and its classification, and puts forward the way to construct the generative moral education resources by two-way case teaching method in the way of the open class, the humanities class and the harmonious classroom.
