"反服贸协议"运动发端于互联网,形成了大规模的舆情事件,也引起了社会对台湾当局网络舆情治理的关注.文章结合"反服贸协议"在互联网中的舆情构建以及传播,分析了台湾当局的舆情治理过程.研究发现,尽管台湾当局在电子化治理程度以及政治传播方面具有十分丰富的经验,但是,"反服贸协议"运动依然暴露出当局在网络舆情治理中存在严重的问题.

The"Anti-serving Trade" movement,originating from the Internet,formed a large-scale of public opinion events,and aroused concern on Taiwan authorities'governance on network public opinion. This paper analyzes the building and spread of public opinion on"anti-serving Trade" in the Internet,and the governance process of Taiwan authorities on this issue,and finds that although the Taiwan authorities have very extensive experience in the electronic dissemination of management level as well as political propagan-da,the"anti-serving trade" movement still exposed serious problems of the Taiwan authorities in the governance on network public opinion.
