采用偏光显微镜(POM )、扫描电子显微镜(SEM )和广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)等分析手段,研究了聚偏氟乙烯/端羟基多壁碳纳米管(PVDF/M WCN T s‐O H )共混体系在不同配比和结晶温度下的结晶形貌及晶体结构变化,并探索了端羟基多壁碳纳米管对聚偏氟乙烯晶相间相转变行为影响的规律。结果表明:纯PVDF在低温下形成尺寸较大的α相球晶,高温时γ相球晶的含量和尺寸同时增大;在相同的温度下向PVDF中加入M WCN T s‐O H后,PVDF的成核密度明显增大并导致球晶尺寸减小,表明M WCN T s‐O H对PVDF具有强烈的异相成核作用。添加M WCN T s‐O H前后PVDF 折叠链片晶的扭转方式发生了根本性改变,促进了PVDF的α相球晶到β相晶体结构的转变,其中M WCN T s‐O H加入后PVDF的α相球晶含量有减少趋势,β相含量增加明显。
採用偏光顯微鏡(POM )、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM )和廣角X射線衍射儀(WAXD)等分析手段,研究瞭聚偏氟乙烯/耑羥基多壁碳納米管(PVDF/M WCN T s‐O H )共混體繫在不同配比和結晶溫度下的結晶形貌及晶體結構變化,併探索瞭耑羥基多壁碳納米管對聚偏氟乙烯晶相間相轉變行為影響的規律。結果錶明:純PVDF在低溫下形成呎吋較大的α相毬晶,高溫時γ相毬晶的含量和呎吋同時增大;在相同的溫度下嚮PVDF中加入M WCN T s‐O H後,PVDF的成覈密度明顯增大併導緻毬晶呎吋減小,錶明M WCN T s‐O H對PVDF具有彊烈的異相成覈作用。添加M WCN T s‐O H前後PVDF 摺疊鏈片晶的扭轉方式髮生瞭根本性改變,促進瞭PVDF的α相毬晶到β相晶體結構的轉變,其中M WCN T s‐O H加入後PVDF的α相毬晶含量有減少趨勢,β相含量增加明顯。

In this article ,study poly (vinylidene fluoride)/hydroxy‐multi‐walled carbon nano‐tubes (PVDF/MWCNTs‐OH) blends of crystalline morphology and crystal structure at dif‐ferent temperature and different mass ratio by means of polarizing optical microscope (POM ) and scanning electron microscope (SEM ) .And also explores the hydroxyl‐terminated multi‐walled carbon nanotubes on the PVDF crystalline phase transition behavior influence .The results showed that :at low temperature , the large α‐phase PVDF spherulites are formed ,but at high temperature γphase content and size of the spherulites is increased .At the same temperature ,MWCNTs‐OH is added to the PVDF ,case nucleation density was sig‐nificantly increased but spherulite size decreased ,so M WCN T s‐O H on PVDF had a strong heterogeneous nucleation effect ;PVDF lamellae folded chain has undergone a fundamental change after adding MWCNTs‐OH ,it promotes the transformation of crystal structure of α‐phase to β‐phase of PVDF ,and content of α‐phase has a decreasing trend however β‐phase in‐creased significantly .
