以氢化苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG‐600)为主要原料、实验室自制的二羧基二元醇(D‐P M A )为亲水扩链剂、合成了一种主链嵌入聚环氧乙烷链段、侧链含有大量羧基的阴‐非离子型高分子聚氨酯表面活性剂(I‐NPU),采用红外光谱对扩链剂和产物的结构进行了分析,证明扩链剂引入到了聚氨酯主链上.并对产物的粒径分布、表面张力(γcmc )、临界胶束浓度(cmc)及电解质对其性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明:该表面活性剂的粒径分布较窄,表面性能优异,其cmc为84.37 mg/L ,γcmc为42.32 mN/m ;且电解质能够明显提高该表面活性剂的表面活性,增大乳液的平均粒径.
以氫化苯基甲烷二異氰痠酯(HMDI)和聚乙二醇(PEG‐600)為主要原料、實驗室自製的二羧基二元醇(D‐P M A )為親水擴鏈劑、閤成瞭一種主鏈嵌入聚環氧乙烷鏈段、側鏈含有大量羧基的陰‐非離子型高分子聚氨酯錶麵活性劑(I‐NPU),採用紅外光譜對擴鏈劑和產物的結構進行瞭分析,證明擴鏈劑引入到瞭聚氨酯主鏈上.併對產物的粒徑分佈、錶麵張力(γcmc )、臨界膠束濃度(cmc)及電解質對其性能的影響進行瞭研究.結果錶明:該錶麵活性劑的粒徑分佈較窄,錶麵性能優異,其cmc為84.37 mg/L ,γcmc為42.32 mN/m ;且電解質能夠明顯提高該錶麵活性劑的錶麵活性,增大乳液的平均粒徑.

A kind of anionic‐nonionic polyurethane surfactant (I‐NPU ) with the structure of polyether (EO) embedded in main chain ,as well as a large number of carboxyl suspended in side chain was synthesized ,which was mainly based on dicyclohexylmethylmethane‐4 ,4 ,‐di‐isocyanate (HMDI) ,polyethylene glycol 600 (PEG‐600) and di‐carboxyl glycol (D‐PMA) as hydrophilic chain extender .The structure of I‐NPU and D‐PMA was characterized by means of Fourier Transmission Spectroscopy (FTIR) ,which indicated that the chain extender was introduced into the main chain of polyurethane .The distribution of particle size ,the surface properties (γcmc ) ,the critical micelle concentration (cmc) ,as well as the influence of electro‐lyte on these properties was measured ,which indicated that I‐NPU had excellent surface properties ,whose cmc was 84 .37 mg/L andγcmc could be as low as 42 .32 mN/m .The surface activity of I‐NPU was improved after adding electrolyte solution of NaCl ,but the average particle size of it became larger .
