目的：观察吻合器改良术结合中药汤剂治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法：自我院收治的混合痔患者中随机选取90例，随机划分为两组，对照组40例近采用吻合器改良术治疗，观察组50例在对照组治疗基础上结合采用中药汤剂治疗，比较分析不同方法的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗有效率、创面愈合时间以及并发症发生情况与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义， P<0.05。结论：混合痔患者吻合器改良术结合中药汤剂治疗，治疗效果显著，安全可靠，值得应用推广到临床治疗中。
목적：관찰문합기개량술결합중약탕제치료혼합치적림상효과。방법：자아원수치적혼합치환자중수궤선취90례，수궤화분위량조，대조조40례근채용문합기개량술치료，관찰조50례재대조조치료기출상결합채용중약탕제치료，비교분석불동방법적치료효과。결과：관찰조환자적치료유효솔、창면유합시간이급병발증발생정황여대조조상비，차이유통계학의의， P<0.05。결론：혼합치환자문합기개량술결합중약탕제치료，치료효과현저，안전가고，치득응용추엄도림상치료중。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of stapler improved operation plus TCM decoction on mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (40 cases) was treated by the stapler modification; the observed group(50 cases) was treated with the TCM medicine more; clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results: The difference of efficiency, wound healing time and complications in the observed group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating mixed hemorrhoids with the stapler improved operation plus TCM decoction can receive a good effect, is worthy of promotion.
