目的：探讨在支气管炎患儿中运用中西医结合疗法的临床疗效。方法：将近年到我院接受治疗的70例支气管炎患儿纳入研究，同时以随机对照原则将患儿均分成两组，对照组35例根据常规西医标准用药，观察组35例增加中药麻杏石甘汤治疗，实施治疗7d后，研究两组的临床改善情况。结果：观察组实施治疗后的临床总有效率是97.14%，相比对照组的80.00%明显提高，差异有统计学意义（x2＝3.52，P<0.05啰）；且相比对照组，观察组的发热、肺部音与咳嗽消除时间更短，住院时间更短，差异有统计学意义（t＝6.96，10.30，9.73，9.33，P<0.05）。结论：实施中西医结合方案治疗支气管炎患儿，疗效更加确切、安全，且利于尽早解除各项症状，适合推广。

Objective: To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine on bronchitis. Methods: 70 patients in our hospital for treatment in recent years were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in the control group received medicines according to the conventional western standard; and 35 cases in the observed group were treated with the Maxing Shigan decoction. In 7 days, improvement of clinical symptoms in two groups was observed. Results: After the treatment, the total efficiency in the observed group was 97.14%, significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group. Compared with the control group, fever, pulmonary rales, elimination time of cough and hospital stays in the observed group were shorter; there were significant differences (t=6.96, 10.30, 9.73, 9.33,P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating bronchitis in children in the integrative medicine was effective and safe, with quick recovery of the symptoms, and suitable for promotion.
