粉煤灰基硅酸钙(Fly ash based calcium silicate ,FACS )作为一种新型的造纸填料,与传统造纸填料相比,具有平均粒径大(24μm ),比表面积高(121 m2/g )的特点,可显著提高纸张的松厚度.为进一步改善FACS加填纸张的物理性能,研究采用FACS‐细小纤维‐CPAM 共絮聚的方法制备高松厚度高强度纸张.结果表明,细小纤维用量对纸张结构性能、强度性能及光学性能影响显著.采用共絮聚加填方式制备的纸张,虽然松厚度有所下降,但强度性能和光学性能优势明显.综合纸张各项性能,当细小纤维含量为8%时,其纸张的抗张指数、内结合强度与撕裂指数比常规加填纸张分别高8.4%、9.8%和11.5%,且不透明度可提高1.2个百分点.

Compared to common fillers ,fly‐ash based calcium silicate (FACS) has a large av‐erage particle size (24 μm) ,a high specific surface area (121 m2/g) ,which can increase paper bulk significantly .In order to further improve the physical properties of FACS filled paper , FACS‐fines‐CPAM co‐flocculation method was employed in this study .Results showed that fines content can greatly affect paper bulk ,strength properties and optical properties .The strength and optical properties of the handsheets filled with FACS was increased by co‐floc‐culation method .However ,the bulk of co‐flocculation handsheets decreased slightly .Based on the balance of paper properties ,the tensile index ,inter bonding strength and tear index can increase 8 .4% ,9 .8% ,and 11 .5% respectively w hen the usage of fines content fixed 8% .Be‐sides ,the opacity of paper by co‐flocculation can increase 1 .2 percentage point .
