针对当前高职学生在影视制作项目的技能及综合能力训练中出现的问题进行探究,从目前的教学实际出发,研究如何将现代教育教学方法合理地应用到课堂教学中,如何使用行动导向[1]的教学方法:"问题提出——理论分析——实践探究——总结反思"的思路,启发诱导式教学、学生学习模式由被动学习转变为主动学习,提升《影视制作》课程的教学质量及项目效果,提高学生综合素质,实现岗位人才的培养和就业的需求.
針對噹前高職學生在影視製作項目的技能及綜閤能力訓練中齣現的問題進行探究,從目前的教學實際齣髮,研究如何將現代教育教學方法閤理地應用到課堂教學中,如何使用行動導嚮[1]的教學方法:"問題提齣——理論分析——實踐探究——總結反思"的思路,啟髮誘導式教學、學生學習模式由被動學習轉變為主動學習,提升《影視製作》課程的教學質量及項目效果,提高學生綜閤素質,實現崗位人纔的培養和就業的需求.

This paper works on the rational application of modern teaching approaches like the action-oriented approach and heuristic approach to classroom teaching, which can spur students to shift from the passive learning mode to positive learning mode, with a view to materializing the improvement upon video production teaching, project achievements and students' comprehensive qualities, and the cultivation of post talent and the satisfaction of their employment demands. The thread of the research is in the order of question raised, theoretical analysis, practical exploration and thought-provoking summary. The research, taking the current teaching practice as a departure point, is done in consideration of the problems that happen to current higher vocational school students during the process of their finishing the assigned video production project and acquiring the comprehensive abilities.
