为了改善南水北调工程中削坡开槽施工工艺的质量和效率,采用理论分析和计算机仿真的手段,研制了一种HJXK-1型超长边坡渠道削坡开槽机.该机由桁架、大车行走系统、边坡调整系统、切削系统、切削行走机构和控制室等组成,可实现削坡开槽一体化作业.根据其结构组成和工作原理,运用Pro/E建立了其三维模型,并进行了运动仿真.仿真结果表明:该机器各机构的运动力学参数适宜,可以实现削坡开槽的一体化作业;该机器在实际的施工过程中取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,对改进水利工程边坡的施工工艺具有重要意义.
為瞭改善南水北調工程中削坡開槽施工工藝的質量和效率,採用理論分析和計算機倣真的手段,研製瞭一種HJXK-1型超長邊坡渠道削坡開槽機.該機由桁架、大車行走繫統、邊坡調整繫統、切削繫統、切削行走機構和控製室等組成,可實現削坡開槽一體化作業.根據其結構組成和工作原理,運用Pro/E建立瞭其三維模型,併進行瞭運動倣真.倣真結果錶明:該機器各機構的運動力學參數適宜,可以實現削坡開槽的一體化作業;該機器在實際的施工過程中取得瞭良好的經濟效益和社會效益,對改進水利工程邊坡的施工工藝具有重要意義.

Using theoretical analysis and computer simulation method, a HJXK-1 over-length slope cutting and grooving machine is in-vented to improve the quality and efficiency of slope cutting and grooving construction technology in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. It consists of truss, crane walking system, slope adjustment system, cutting system, walking dynamical system and control room etc. , and can achieve the integrated operation of slope cutting and grooving. Furthermore, based on its structure and working principle, a three-dimensional model is established by Pro/E to perform the motion simulation. The simulation results show that the ki-nematics parameters of the machine are appropriate, and it can realize the integrated construction of slope cutting and grooving. The machine achieves good economic and social benefits in the actual construction process, and has a great significance for improving the construction process of water conservancy slope.
