雁洲水闸坐落在第四系海陆交互相沉积( Qmc )的深厚淤泥上,这种软土地基土体强度低、压缩变形大、地震条件下可能产生震陷,淤泥下及其内夹砂壤土层还存在饱和砂土液化问题,需要进行地基处理,以提高地基承载力、减小沉降量、消除砂土液化和震陷,提高闸室抗滑稳定性.经地基处理方案比选,选择了水泥土搅拌桩方案,采用格栅式布置,置换率约30. 2%,桩长12 m,桩径600 mm,桩体28 d抗压强度值不小于1. 3 MPa.施工完成的搅拌桩质量检测全部合格,可为类似地基的处理提供参考.

Yanzhou sluice is located on the deep silt of quaternary marine-terrigenous facies deposit ( Qmc ) . This soft soil ground with a characteristic of low strength and strong compaction deformation may lead to seismic subsidence. Moreover, the saturated sand lique-faction of the sand-layered soil in and below the silt is another problem. Thus, the foundation treatment is needed to improve the bear-ing capacity of foundation, reduce the ground settlement, avoid sand liquefaction and seismic subsidence, and also improve the stability against sliding of the sluice. By comparison and selection among foundation treatment schemes, the scheme of the cement-soil mixing columns is chosen. In this scheme, columns are arranged in grid with the replacement rate of 30. 2%, the length of 12 m, the diameter of 600 mm and 28 d compressive strength no less than 1. 3 MPa. The quality inspections of all the mixing columns constructed are all qualified, and this can provide a reference for similar foundation treatments.
