制作了12根钢筋混凝土适筋梁,为模拟既有钢筋混凝土梁在实际情况下的受荷状态,对其中10根梁进行预裂加载,然后采用电化学方法进行快速锈蚀,最后采用四点弯曲试验对钢筋混凝土梁进行加载.研究表明:锈蚀后的钢筋呈现出沿截面和长度两个方向的不均匀锈蚀,预裂裂缝位置处钢筋锈蚀较为严重;采用沿长度方向不均匀锈蚀表征参数建立平均锈蚀率与最大锈蚀率的关系,在此基础上给出的梁抗弯承载力计算公式,其计算结果具有较好的精度,与试验值吻合较好.

Twelve reinforced concrete beams were constructed in this experiment, 10 of which were pre-cracked under loads and corro-ded by the electrochemical approach to simulate the real status of reinforced concrete beams with loads. Lastly, four-point bending ex-periments were conducted on these reinforced concrete beams. The results showed that the degree of corrosion was different both in the cross section of the steel bar and along its longitudinal direction, and the corrosion of reinforcement was more serious in the crack posi-tion. Furthermore, the relationship between the maximum corrosion rate and the average corrosion rate was established using the param-eters of non-uniform corrosion in the longitudinal direction of steel bars. On this basis, the flexural capacity formula was proposed, and the agreement between calculated values and experimental results was reasonable.
