Students' community is an important part in college students' learning, life and communication. It has functions of education, management and service for universities. These functions are important guarantee to achieve the efficient man-agement way of students' community in university. This paper based on the functions to study its effective management way. The way is to do regular work effectively with strict and clear system. The way is to link work at selected spots with that in entire areas headed by education for the implementation of the ideological and political education. The way is to style with various forms of innovation activities to cultivate students in an all-round way.
