本文基于工科大学生创新素质群体特征,论述了工科大学生创新素质的内涵.解析了工科大学生创新素质的组成因素.在由"知识、能力、品格"三大因素组成的工科大学生创新素质体系中,三大因素之间相互作用、相辅相成.通过协调和提升三大因素,促进驱动交互的机理作用的形成,将成为提升工科大学生创新素质的有效途径.

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of college students innovation quality, this paper expounds the core concept of innovation quality of engineering students. The elements of innovation quality of engineering stu-dents are also analyzed. In the engineering students' innovation quality system, which is composed of three factors:knowledge, ability and character, the interaction between the three factors and the interaction between the factors. By coordinating and promoting the three factors, the formation of the mechanism of the interaction between the drivers and the mechanism of the interaction will be the effective way to improve the innovation quality of engineering stu-dents.
