采用三因素三水平正交试验对提取粗网柄牛肝菌粗多糖的工艺进行了研究,并对其抗氧化能力进行了检测。结果表明:提取粗网柄牛肝菌多糖最高得率可达31.93mg/g,此时的工艺条件为微波加热6min、1∶60料液比,提取3次。粗网柄牛肝菌粗多糖具有一定的抗氧化能力。

Screening the best condition for extract crude polysaccharide in Boletus ornatipes was deter-mine by single factor and orthogonal test. DPPH assay method was used to determine the antioxidant activi-ties of extraction. The results showed that:1)The best condition for extraction crude polysaccharide of Bo-letus ornatipes was:heat it up in the microwave 6 minute,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:60,extrac-tion 3 times,the extraction yield was 31. 93mg/g.;and 2)The crude polysaccharide in Boletus ornatipes has antioxidant activities.
