以人均GDP、经济综合发展水平为测度指标,基于变异系数、泰尔指数、空间分析等研究方法,从市域、县域、镇域三维空间尺度,分析信阳市经济发展水平的空间格局变化. 研究表明:①从时间特征来看,2003—2013年信阳市域经济发展水平不断提升,县域经济差异在逐渐缩小,镇域经济差异在逐年增大. ②从空间分布特征看,县域经济主要呈现东西"双核"的高值分布格局,中部为"凹形"的相对低值区;镇域经济高值区呈现收缩之势且集中分布于市区附近、固始县内,低值北部集中连片分布,并且呈"西扩南移"的扩张态势. ③针对研究结果从区位条件、政府政策、经济发展基础、"核心-外围"模式影响四个方面进行了原因剖析,进而提出信阳市县域经济协调发展的政策建议,以期为信阳市经济又好又快发展与市域城镇化合理推进提供参考.

Based on the single index and comprehensive index,by the methods of Theil index,coefficient of variation and spatial analysis,this paper gives a study on the change of spatial pattern of economic development level in Xinyang at city scale,county scale and town scale from 2000 to 2013. The research results are as follows. Firstly,from the temporal perspective,the overall economic development level at city scale is in a good rising trend,the economic difference is decreasing at county scale but increasing at town scale. Secondly,from the spatial perspective,the economic pattern is mainly characterized by the east-west"dual core"mode and the middle region is a concave low level area at county scale. The high level regions are concentrated around the downtown area and in Gushi county but the distribution scope is shrinking at town scale,the low level regions are distributed with a contiguous concentration shape from north to west and south. Finally,according to the research results,we explain the influence factors and put forward the corresponding measures from location condition,government policy,economic development foundation and core-periphery effect.
