以商品化油酸为起始原料,经过酯化、还原、氯代等步骤,以较高产率合成了顺式-9-十八烯。经液相色谱检验,纯度达到98.1%。为顺式-9-十八烯在更广泛领域的应用打下了基础,也为油酸的加工利用提供了新的途径。

Taking the commercially available oleic acid as the starting material,the cis-9-octade-cene was obtained with a high yield by series of esterification,reduction and chlorination. The purity reached 98 . 1% confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC ). This work provides a good foundation for the applications of cis-9-octadecene in wide fields and also gives out a new pathway for the utilization of oleic acid.
