随着社会和医疗技术的发展,人们的思想也日趋多元化,受到不同价值观的影响,人们的选择不断与现有的统一的价值观产生冲突,产生一些伦理问题,而且医务社会工作者所面临的这些伦理问题也越来越多、越来越复杂.而医务社会工作就是为了满足社会多元化的需求,给人民带来福祉,为维护患者的合法权益.本文主要浅析医务工作中常见的伦理问题,并根据这些问题提出自己的意见建议.

With the development of society and the medical technology, people's thoughts are becoming increasingly diver-sified. Influenced by different values, people's choices will continue to generate conflict with existing values of unity,then produces some ethical problems, and medical social workers are facing these more and more, more complex ethical issues. The medical social work is to meet the diverse needs of society, brings benefits to the people, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of patients. This paper mainly analyzes the common ethical issues in medical work, and put forward their opinions and suggestions based on these issues.
