Based on the analytical solutions to well flow problems of unsteady flows in the first type leakage system,the par-ticle Swarm algorithm was employed to analyze the data of pumping tests to determine aquifer parameters.Numerical results show that the Particle Swarm algorithm can be effectively applied to analyzing the data of pumping test for estimation of aquifer parameters, this method has fast speed and high accuracy.
