目的 探讨复发缓解型多发性硬化(RRMS)患者脑脊液及血清中非髓鞘神经相关蛋白的水平及其临床意义.方法 选择2010年1月至2014年12月我院收治的70例RRMS患者作为观察组,同期来我院体检的70例健康体检者作为对照组,分别比较两组受试者的脑脊液与血清中的非髓鞘神经相关蛋白水平(包括14-3-3蛋白、S100蛋白及tau蛋白).结果 观察组患者脑脊液中的14-3-3蛋白、S100蛋白及tau蛋白水平均较对照组高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血清中的14-3-3蛋白、S100蛋白及tau蛋白水平分别与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 复发缓解型多发性硬化患者脑脊液中14-3-3蛋白、S100蛋白及tau蛋白非髓鞘神经相关蛋白均有明显升高现象,可以作为该病的检查指标,而血清中非髓鞘神经相关蛋白则无明显变化.

목적 탐토복발완해형다발성경화(RRMS)환자뇌척액급혈청중비수초신경상관단백적수평급기림상의의.방법 선택2010년1월지2014년12월아원수치적70례RRMS환자작위관찰조,동기래아원체검적70례건강체검자작위대조조,분별비교량조수시자적뇌척액여혈청중적비수초신경상관단백수평(포괄14-3-3단백、S100단백급tau단백).결과 관찰조환자뇌척액중적14-3-3단백、S100단백급tau단백수평균교대조조고,량조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);관찰조환자혈청중적14-3-3단백、S100단백급tau단백수평분별여대조조비교,차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05).결론 복발완해형다발성경화환자뇌척액중14-3-3단백、S100단백급tau단백비수초신경상관단백균유명현승고현상,가이작위해병적검사지표,이혈청중비수초신경상관단백칙무명현변화.
Objective To investigate the detection and clinical significance of non-myelinated nerve associat-ed proteins in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum of patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). Methods Seventy patients with RRMS in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were enrolled as the ob-servation group, and 70 healthy people in our hospital for health examination at the same period were considered as the control group. The levels of non-myelinated nerve associated proteins (including 14-3-3 protein, S100 protein and tau protein) were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The levels of 14-3-3 protein, S100 pro-tein and tau protein in cerebrospinal fluid in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), but the levels of the proteins in serum showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The levels of non-myelinated nerve associated proteins in cerebrospinal fluid are sig-nificantly increased in patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, which can be used as indicators of the dis-ease. However, the levels showed no significant change in serum of the patients.
