针对圆柱型空腔吸声覆盖层,利用有限元软件建立了静压下平面波垂直入射的二维轴对称模型,并与遗传算法相结合,提出了静压条件下圆柱型空腔吸声覆盖层的优化设计方法;通过对吸声覆盖层的空腔结构和材料参数进行优化,结果表明:相较常压下的优化,静压下的优化设计使得吸声覆盖层圆柱型空腔结构变小,在高静水压力下的吸声系数提高;静压下的优化能根据吸声频段需求设计不同性能的吸声覆盖层。

The plane wave normally impinging on the sound absorption layer of 2D axisymmetric was modeled by combing the finite element method with genetic algorithm,aiming at the acoustic coating con-taining periodic cylindrical holes. An optimization and design method for the sound absorption layer of cy-lindrical holes was developed under hydrostatic pressure. By optimizing the cavity size and material charac-teristic parameters of sound absorption layer under hydrostatic pressure,the results indicate that compared to atmospheric pressure,the cavity size parameters of the optimization method under hydrostatic pressure decrease,and the method can improve the sound absorption coefficient greatly and can design acoustic coating of different absorption property according to the need of frequency range.
