高校新生入学适应困难是比较普遍存在的问题,本文通过案例分析,以全方位观察、案例引导、长期关注与陪伴式监督以及引导融入集体等方式化解一位新生入学适应困难危机,从中体现辅导员在实际工作中需要投入更多的精力和心思,转变工作思维,淡化管理角色,强化服务意识.

Adaptation of Colege Freshmen difficulties are relatively common problem, this paper analyzes the case to a ful range observation, case guidance, long-term concern and companionship formula into the colective oversight and guidance, etc. Freshmen adapt to resolve a difficult crisis, which reflect Instructors in practical work need to invest more energy and effort, change work thinking, dilute management roles, enhance service awareness.
