地面目标普遍尺寸小,结构复杂多样,同时地表地形和阵型信息具有极大的随机性和不可预测性,与空海目标相比,地面具有更多的遮蔽物和更加复杂的杂波背景;在分析传统的 HRRP 识别方法对于地面目标是否有广泛的适应性的基础上,选取不同算法的判决结果,进行决策层的融合识别,有效提高了地面目标 HRRP 的识别性能。

Ground targets generally have small size and complex structure. Meanwhile,the surface topog-raphy and the formations information have great randomness and unpredictability. Compared with the aerial targets and sea-surface targets,the ground ones have more shelter and more complex clutter background. On the basis of the analysis that whether the traditional HRRP recognition algorithm is effective for ground targets,this paper selected multiple judgment results from different algorithms for decision-level identifica-tion fusion,and then effectively improved the performance of the ground target HRRP recognition.
