目的:结合临床教学管理的要求,探讨目标机制在临床教学中的应用方法和价值.方法:临床教研组组织专业教师讨论和制定教学目标,形成教学大纲和教学计划,由各科室的带教教师和责任教师负责传达和实施教学目标,在各个教学阶段末对教学目标的达成情况进行考核、测评.结果:我院临床教学管理活动收到了较为显著的成果,各科室的教学质量评分的平均分均在75分以上,各教学阶段的教学目标基本达成.结论:将目标机制应用在临床教学管理活动中,对于达成教学目标、提升临床教学质量有着重要意义,能够使医学专业实习生明确实习目标,迅速掌握临床专业知识及技能.

Objective:clinical teaching management requirements, explore the targeting mechanisms applied in clinical tea-ching methods and values. Methods:The clinical teaching and research organization of professional teachers to discuss and formulate teaching objectives, the formation of the syllabus and teaching programs, each with responsibility for teacher edu-cation teachers and departments responsible for communicating and implementing teaching objectives, teaching situation to reach the target at the end of each teaching period for assessment , evaluation. Results:The hospital clinical teaching man-agement activities received more significant achievements of the department of teaching quality score of average scores were 75 points or more, the teaching goals of the basic education stage reached. Conclusion:The target mechanism in clinical tea-ching management activities, for reach teaching goals, enhance the quality of teaching has important clinical significance, enabling medical intern internship clear objectives, quickly mastered the clinical expertise and skills.
