实验教学作为高校教学工作的重要组成部分,对于提高学生的综合素质、培养学生的实践能力及创新精神具有特殊重要作用.然而,传统上,高校人文社会科学在理念上并没有科学意义上的实验概念.在教学基本建设中,与理工科实验室方兴未艾形成强烈反差,文科(特别是法学)的系统化、规模化的进行实验教学建设则属新事物.相关公安法学实验教学改革的探索更是新奇.但实际上,公安法学实验教学概念的提出具有可行性,其实施也具有可行性且具有重要的价值和意义.

As one important part of the higher education, the experiment teaching is crucial for developing the students' com-prehensive quality, improving the practical ability and pioneering spirit. However, according to the traditional concepts, there is no scientific experimental concept for the humanities and social sciences in universities. It's an innovation to establish the experiment teaching systematically and extensively for Liberal Arts (especially in law), especially for the related Public Se-curity Law. While the appearance of the concept of the experiment teaching for Public Security Law is not only feasible and practicable, but valuable and significant.
