于八角林间采用人工接种病菌后用药剂喷雾防治并以统计落叶率和病斑占有率作为防治效果考查等方法进行6种杀菌剂(45%咪鲜安EC、70%甲基托布津WP、25%腈菌唑EC、50%异菌脲WP、30%醚菌酯EC、戊唑醇与大生M混配)对八角炭疽病的防治效果试验.结果表明:戊唑醇与大生M混配、45%咪鲜安EC、70%甲基托布津WP对该病的防治效果及保叶率均为优良,其防治效果分别为:93.2%、90.8%、88.5%,保叶率分别为:96.29%、95.34%和93.81%;25%腈菌唑EC、50%异菌脲WP、30%醚菌酯EC的防治效果和保叶率稍差,分别为:73.6%、67.8%;65.1%、87.70%、82.93%和85.56%.结论:戊唑醇与大生M混配、45%咪鲜安EC、70%甲基托布津WP,对八角炭疽病均有优良的防治效果,可作为在生产上防治八角炭疽病时选择的药剂.

Leaves of aniseed were inoculated with colletotrichum artificially and followed by pharmacy spray to control it. Six varieties antiseptics were applied, including 45% prochloraz EC, 70% thiophanate-methyl WP, 25% myclobutanil EC, 50% iprodione WP, 30% kresoxim EC and the mixture of tebuconazole and dithane M. Defoliation rate and area ratio were used to determine the effects. The results show that the mix-ture of tebuconazole and dithane M, 45% prochloraz EC and 70% thiophanate-methyl WP perform higher control efficiency with 93.2%, 90.8% and 88.5% respectively, and with higher rate of leaf protection of 96.31%, 93.85% and 95.39%respectively. 25% myclobutanil EC, 50% iprodione WP and 30% kresoxim EC perform lower control efficiency with 73.6%, 67.8% and 65.1%respectively, and with lower rate of leaf protection with 87.70%, 82.93% and 85.56% respectively,which testified that the mixture of tebuconazole and dithane M, 45% prochloraz EC and 70% thiophanate-methyl WP perform high control efficiency to aniseed anthracnose, and can be applied as candidate pharmacy to control the anthracnose in production.
