目的:建立百令片中腺苷的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-0.04mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(5:95)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长260nm。结果:在5.94400μg·mL-1~59.44000μg·mL-1浓度范围内腺苷的峰面积和浓度具有良好的线性关系,R=0.99997;平均回收率为100.48%,RSD=0.95%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、可靠、重复性好,适用于百令片的质量控制。

목적:건립백령편중선감적함량측정방법。방법:고효액상색보법,채용C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)색보주;갑순-0.04mol/L린산이경갑용액(5:95)위류동상;류속1.0mL·min-1;검측파장260nm。결과:재5.94400μg·mL-1~59.44000μg·mL-1농도범위내선감적봉면적화농도구유량호적선성관계,R=0.99997;평균회수솔위100.48%,RSD=0.95%(n=9)。결론:본방법준학、가고、중복성호,괄용우백령편적질량공제。
Objective:To establish an assay of determination of Adenosine in Corbrin Tablet by HPLC.Method:HPLC was carried out on a C18(250×4.6mm,5μm) column;The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.04mol/L potassium phosphate solutions (5:95) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wave length was 260nm.Results:The standard curve was in good linearity in the range of 5.94400μg? mL-1~59.44000μg·mL-1 ,R=0.99997 for determination of its related substances.The average recovery rate was 100.48% with RSD of 0.95%.Conclusion: The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible.The method can be used for the quality control of Corbrin Tablet.
