本文從職業指導的角度簡述瞭噹代社會大學生就業過程中突齣的問題，提齣瞭指導大學生進行職業生涯規劃的重要性，併從階段性規劃就業步驟、正確定位，提升綜閤素質、提高就業競爭力，拓寬就業渠道、增加就業機會三箇方麵詳細闡釋瞭職業指導在促進大學生就業工作中的作用和重要性。
본문종직업지도적각도간술료당대사회대학생취업과정중돌출적문제，제출료지도대학생진행직업생애규화적중요성，병종계단성규화취업보취、정학정위，제승종합소질、제고취업경쟁력，탁관취업거도、증가취업궤회삼개방면상세천석료직업지도재촉진대학생취업공작중적작용화중요성。
From the perspective of career guidance, this paper briefly elaborates the prominent problems existing in contempo-rary college students' employment, points out the importance of the guidance of college students' career planning, and expounds the role and importance of career guidance in promoting college students' employment from three aspects:planning the procedure of employment based on different stages and determining the cor-rect orientation, improving comprehensive quality and employ-ment competitiveness, expanding employment approaches and increasing employment opportunities.
