入学教育是大学教育的起点,关系着新生能否适应新的学习和生活、能否形成科学的思维方式和良好的行为习惯等.近年来,工科院系逐渐开始重视入学教育,但存在重成才轻德育、重显性轻隐性、重知识轻技能等问题,这对于工科大学生成长、成才与全面发展都是极其不利的.因此,如何按照工科大学新生的群体特征,加强工科大学生入学教育的实效性,是提高工科大学生入学教育工作的规范化、科学化水平的当务之急.

School education is the starting point for university education, the relationship between the newborn can adapt to new learning and life, can form a scientific way of thinking and good behavior habits. In recent years, engineering faculties gradually began to pay attention to school education, but there are taught moral light weight, light weight tacit explicit, light weight skills, knowledge and other issues, which for engineering college students' growth and overall development are ex-tremely unfavorable. Therefore, how to follow population characteristics of engineering freshmen, to strengthen the effecti-veness of school education for engineering college students, it is to improve the standardization of school education for en-gineering college students, the scientific level of priority.
