根据需要层次理论的视角,高校学生资助育人模式应以学生各类层次的需求为前提,促进人的全面发展,从而达到资助育人目标的真正实现.本文运用需求层次理论探讨其在高校资助育人工作中的现实价值,并提出针对不同需求所采取的教育方式,以达到资助育人工作的可持续发展.

According to the perspective of hierarchy of needs theory, college students' aid mode of education should take students' all kinds of levels of demand for the premise, to promote the comprehensive development of the people, so as to achieve the real goal of education funding. In this paper, hierarchy of needs theory to explore its practical value in university funding education work, and made for the different needs of education adopted in order to achieve funding educational work for sustainable development.
