在我国经济飞速发展与经济改革不断深化的大背景下,现代企业对物流管理人才的需求越来越专业化、具体化。相较而言,高职院校对物流管理专业学生的实践、岗位适应能力的培养严重落后,教学方式方法的改革需求迫切。在新的背景下,产学结合作为高校和企业双赢的人才培养方式,必将发挥重要作用。产学交替、顶岗实习、订单培养等都是目前高校实现物流管理专业产学结合的重要形式。目前,产学结合模式在物流管理人才培养中存在的主要问题体现为校企双方实行产学结合的意愿不强、校企之间的合作机制不完善、教师产学结合教学模式经验欠缺等。产学结合若想在物流管理教育中发挥更好的作用,必须转换办学理念,积极进行产学的有机结合、完善校企之间的合作机制、加大对物流管理教师的培训力度。

In the context of the rapid development of economy and the continuous deepening of economic reform in China, the de-mand of modern enterprises for logistics management talents is more and more specialized and specific. In contrast, the cultiva-tion of higher vocational logistics management majors' practice and occupation adaptation ability lags behind seriously, so it is imperative to reform the teaching methods. In the new context, production-study combination, as a talent cultivation method that can achieve the win-win effect of colleges and enterprises, will inevitably play an important role. Production-study alternation, on-post practice and ordered cultivation are important forms to realize the production-study combination for logistics manage-ment major. Currently, the main problems of production-study combination mode for logistics management major are mainly as follows:the will of production-study combination of colleges and enterprises is not strong, college-enterprise cooperation mechanism is imperfect, teachers lack experience of production-study combined teaching mode. To give a better play to production- study combination in logistics management education, we must transform our school-running ideas, actively promoting the organic combination of production and study, perfecting college- enterprise cooperation mechanism, and enhancing the training of logistics management teachers.
