The psychological health work for students in higher vocational colleges has always been highly concerned. Exempli-fied by Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies, this paper investigates and researches the current situation of the competency of psy-chological committee members in higher vocational colleges, and proposes suggestions for the cultivation of psychological commit-tee members in higher vocational colleges.
